Our school will set a yearly platform that drives decisions and ensure that education is always a priority in these areas.

Target Audience

Growing up without a male figure effects self identity. It naturally forces minority males to skip adolescence to become the “man” of the house. When the most influential role model is not at home the choice between working/hustling and education seems obvious. Our enrollment strategy focuses on recruiting students with fathers’ currently on probation or in prison to interrupt the cycle.

Instructional Leadership

We aim to develop pathways for educators to remain inside the classroom to conduct research experiments to overhaul our approach to content and professional development. Our research division will pilot a systematic set of initiatives that will monitor and evaluate how we determine teacher quality and measure student outcomes.

Graduating 100% from High School & College

We believe students should create the 21st century not to just live in it. Our responsibility is to offer challenging instruction that reflects the interest and curiosity of future leaders. Listening and providing support to meet high expectations will ignite a passion in ALL of students. Graduating from high school and college will then become an exercise in public service.

Policy Development

Scaling up meaningful reform to confront and address the problems in our education system in a non-negotiable especially for minority children.. The racial achievement gap requires legislation to eliminate failing schools, the talent deficit, and fragmented resources.
